Return & Refund Policy

1 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

2 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• You will receive the credit within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

3 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item:

• Contact us at contact@galaxyfounder.com within 14 days of receipt
• Include your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange
• You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective

4 Shipping Returns

To return your product:

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Include all accessories and documentation

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Downloadable software products
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Perishable goods
